The short answers.
Do I get paid?
No. The gift goes to your client, labeled in your name. You receive nothing of value, which keeps things simple with your broker. What you get is the credit: on the invoice, on the welcome card, and in the thank-you text.
Do I need to disclose anything?
It's a gift from Carpets Plus to your client in your name. Most brokerages treat it like any vendor closing gift. If your broker wants it in writing, we'll send the program terms.
What if my client already called you?
If they name you before the measure, it counts. First touch wins: whoever is logged or named first gets the gift line.
Where do you work?
All of Star Valley (Alpine to Smoot), Jackson and Teton County, Swan Valley, and Montpelier / Bear Lake. Showrooms in Thayne and Afton; shop-at-home everywhere else.
What can the gift be used on?
Upgrades and product on the job: premium pad, transitions, stair nosing, a bound runner or custom rug, or stepping up to a better plank or carpet. It isn't cash and isn't a labor discount.
Can a seller use it before listing?
Yes. In-stock carpet and LVP can usually be measured within 48 hours and installed within a week, so a tired listing is fresh before the photographer shows up.
- Gift value is 15% of the job's pre-tax total, capped at $3,000. Jobs under $2,500 don't qualify.
- The gift is applied as upgrades or product at standard pricing. It is not cash and not a discount on labor. List pricing is the same for everyone.
- Attribution: the agent logs the client here or by text, the client uses the agent's link, or the client names the agent before the measure. First touch wins.
- A referral is good for 12 months from the date it's logged. New Carpets Plus customers only. One gift per job. Not combinable with other promotions.
- The gift is provided by Carpets Plus Colortile of Wyoming. Agents receive no compensation. Carpets Plus may change or end the program at any time; logged referrals are honored.
