How do I measure for a rug?
Measure the width and length of the space, then take a few inches off each side so the rug sits inside the room. If you are not sure, call us at (307) 284-2457 and we will help.
How long does it take?
Special-order materials usually arrive in about 10 business days. We confirm your pickup or delivery date when we confirm the order.
How do I pay?
You do not pay online. Send your order request and we will call or email to confirm details, then work out payment with you.
What if my rug is wider than the carpet roll?
Most materials come in 12 ft rolls. A rug wider than the roll needs a seam. The page flags this and we confirm with you before cutting.
Can you make a rug from carpet I already own?
Yes. Bring leftover carpet from your install and we will cut and bind it. You pay for labor and binding only. Use the remnant option and describe the piece.
Is pickup free?
Yes. Pick up at our Thayne or Afton showroom at no charge. We also deliver and place rugs locally for a fee; we confirm the final price with you.
Can I see a sample first?
Yes. Stop by either showroom. Colors on screen are only a guide.
What is the return policy?
Custom-cut rugs are made to order for your size. Please call us before you order if you have any question about size or material.
