Our new floors look absolutely incredible! After living with it for just 2 weeks, my wife and I agree that this is perhaps the most important change we have ever made to our house (I've owned it since 1996!). It's not just appearance, although that's certainly a big part of it. It's feel. It's sound. It's temperature. It's space. It's VIBE. We feel differently waking up to this, or walking into the house at the end of the day. The flooring material is obviously important, but the installation plays a MUCH bigger part than I ever would have realized. The word "precision" doesn't begin to describe the work of this crew. Cuts are exact, and contours are perfect. They did not compromise their standards anywhere, even in dark closet corners that cannot be seen without Marine-crawling into a confined space and using a headlamp. These guys aren't installers, they're ARTISTS! They worked quickly and deliberately, laying floor over vinyl and plywood sub-floor, negotiating damaged and less-level surfaces, unpredictable corner angles, sloppy thresholds, and beat-up baseboards. They never slowed down, never had to scratch their heads and ask themselves, "What the hell do I do with THIS mess?" I can only conclude that they've seen it ALL in their vast experience. After it was complete, I had a few questions about the invoice. The crew was obviously empowered to make decisions regarding methods, materials, and strategy, and some of those decisions affected the bill. I was able to get a quick response, and explanations were very clear. Where appropriate, the invoice was adjusted. My concerns were addressed without question or argument, even without any inspection of the work. Eric obviously trusts his clients and crew implicitly. Crazy as it sounds, the entire process was a pleasure. I do most of my own remodels. In fact, I was planning to tackle the floors myself. I'll never look back on the decision to have these pros handle this one, though. Price was quite reasonable, and the crew was friendly, respectful, hard-working, thorough, and tidy. The result is absolutely first-class. Can't wait to work with Carpets Plus again!

Eric was awesome to work with. Definitely a situation to under promise and over deliver. I had a situation that I needed floors done quickly. They listened and accommodated. Kind, very professional, fast/quality work. Their customer service is the best I’ve experienced in Wyoming. They make you feel like a friend and valued customer from the moment you walk in the store. They’re knowledgeable and have quality materials. They also take care of military! Despite a full schedule, they worked me in fairly quickly and got the work done fast to replace really old, deteriorating carpeting that would have harmed my family. I’ve had a hard time securing work for my home, especially work that is quality. These guys are it for flooring. Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere. It’s been a year and there isn’t one issue I’ve had or one flaw I can pick out. Wish all companies were like this one!

It started off by visiting the showroom. Lots of selection of all types of flooring. We decided to go with LVP. Eric sent us a sample to lay in the kitchen to validate our choice. His concern was making sure we were happy with our choice, offered his own opinion when sought, and offered to have additional samples sent, if needed, to make sure we got what we wanted. Outstanding personal service. Almost the entire main floor was replaced. Originally, a mixture of hardwood and carpet was replaced with LVP in 5 of the 6 rooms. Todd and Eric did a great job. Having moved everything off the main level in advance, the entire removal and install took just 2 days. As soon as the crew arrived and stepped foot in the house, the carpet was already being removed by one, while a quick overview and understanding discussion was happening with the other. They even took care of a slightly-heaved area in front of the brick fireplace in the living room (covered by the carpet) before installing the flooring. We had only one concern regarding one of the transition strips, which was brought to Todd’s attention and immediately rectified. Cleanup left no trace of anything. Would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks Carpets Plus!
